Yourspace Sutton Gets a Lovely Shout-Out from the RHS: check out the case study article!

We were absolutely delighted to see Yourspace Sutton featured by the RHS (Royal Horticultural Society) recently. Check out the article here. It’s always a special moment when a national organisation that champions gardening and community recognises the work happening in a small but mighty local space.

The RHS is the UK’s leading gardening charity, working to make the country greener and help people connect with plants and nature. Their projects and stories celebrate the ways gardens bring people together and help communities thrive. Royal Horticultural Society 🌱

So when they shared the story of Yourspace Sutton, it really felt like a celebration of everything the project stands for.

What makes Yourspace special is that it’s not just about gardening. It’s about connection. Local residents, volunteers, families and community groups all use the space for workshops, events and activities. The garden has become a hub where people of all ages and backgrounds can meet, learn and feel part of something positive.

The RHS article highlights exactly that spirit; how gardens can become places where stories grow alongside the plants. Their wider campaign celebrates how individual spaces reflect the passions and personalities of the people who care for them.

Seeing Yourspace Sutton recognised in this way is a lovely reminder that community gardening really does make a difference.
